Refund policy

If you have received a defective product or missing product. You may return the item for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please keep in mind. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition. Please contact us at missomasantiago@gmail.com, send your order number, pictures and unboxing video as we are not able to refund you the amount if you don't have the unboxing video. Then we will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange the replacement or refund of the product.

The item must be in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and stones ,must be unsctrached.
